wowpak Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

• "wowpak" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at wowpak.org, including all products, services, tools, and functionality made available through the platform.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the wowpak platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player upon completion of the wowpak registration process.
• "Platform" refers to the wowpak website, including the sportsbook, casino, slots, fishing games, and all associated features and interfaces.
• "Balance" / "Funds" refers to the Pakistani Rupee (PKR) amount held in a Player's wowpak account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts (separately identified).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded to a Player's account that are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions distinct from deposited cash balances.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum aggregate bet volume a Player must place before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Sportsbook" refers to the wowpak sports betting product covering cricket, PSL, football, UFC, kabaddi, and other sporting events with pre-match and live in-play betting markets.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process that wowpak conducts in accordance with its obligations under applicable international gaming regulations.

By accessing the wowpak platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the wowpak platform and close your account.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and wowpak with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, arrangements, understandings, or agreements between the parties relating to the subject matter herein.

These Terms are published in English, which is the sole binding language version. Any translations or summaries provided for convenience are non-binding and do not supersede this English text.

To register and maintain an active account at wowpak, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. wowpak enforces a strict minimum age policy. Attempting to register while under 21 constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing wowpak from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended wowpak account under your name, address, IP address, device, or payment method.

Registration is limited to one account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether through different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — will be treated as duplicate accounts, resulting in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances and bonuses.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your wowpak account, whether or not authorised by you. wowpak strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account. wowpak will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must notify wowpak immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised.

wowpak reserves the right to carry out KYC verification at any stage of the account lifecycle — not only at registration. This includes requesting proof of identity, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.

Players in Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad, and all other locations across Pakistan are subject to the same account management obligations. There are no geographic exceptions within the territories served by wowpak.

All deposits at wowpak are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). wowpak does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or card issuer) may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.

The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• Deposits must originate from payment accounts or instruments registered solely in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate compliance review.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Minimum amounts for other payment methods are displayed in the wowpak Cashier section.
• wowpak reserves the right to reverse a deposit if there are reasonable grounds to believe it was made fraudulently, by mistake, or in violation of these Terms.
• Deposited funds are not held in interest-bearing accounts. Players are not entitled to any interest on funds held in their wowpak balance.

wowpak employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all financial transactions. The platform does not store full card numbers or mobile wallet PINs. Payment data is processed through certified third-party gateways.

Withdrawal requests at wowpak are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. This includes confirmed identity, age verification, and, where applicable, source of funds documentation.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. This anti-money laundering control cannot be waived.
• Withdrawal requests for amounts subject to active wagering requirements will be queued until those requirements are satisfied or the bonus is forfeited by the player.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are generally completed within one business day.
• wowpak reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times beyond the standard timelines above.

All bonuses and promotions offered by wowpak are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all wowpak promotional offers unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only. wowpak reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion terms. Failure to meet requirements within the stated period results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable as cash until applicable wagering requirements are fully satisfied. Cash Funds and Bonus Funds are tracked separately in your wowpak account.
• wowpak reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, the player's existing wagering progress will be honoured.
• Any attempt to abuse the wowpak bonus system — including but not limited to placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

All bets placed through the wowpak sportsbook are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published within the relevant betting market interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, bets are binding and cannot be cancelled by the player except where wowpak's cash-out feature is available and active on that market.
• wowpak reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's balance in full.
• In-play (live) bets on cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and other covered events are accepted subject to availability. wowpak may suspend a live market at any time without notice, and bets submitted during a suspension will not be processed.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or void, wowpak's settlement policy for that market type will apply as published in the sport-specific rules documentation.
• wowpak has a zero-tolerance policy towards match-fixing and sports manipulation. Any player found to have placed bets with knowledge of match-fixing outcomes will have all associated bets voided and the account permanently closed.

All casino games and fishing game titles available on wowpak are sourced from internationally certified software providers whose RNG (Random Number Generator) systems are subject to independent technical audits. wowpak does not modify game software, house edges, or outcome probabilities.

The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are available within the game interface or the wowpak games information section. Live dealer games use physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) operated by trained dealers under studio conditions that comply with applicable gaming regulations.

In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game session, wowpak will investigate and resolve the issue by reference to server-side game logs. wowpak's determination of the outcome of any disputed game round based on server logs is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at wowpak. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the wowpak platform under any identity or device.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name for deposits or withdrawals.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games on the wowpak platform.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or misconfigured odds to generate artificial profit ("bonus hunting" through systematic exploitation).
• Any form of collusion with other players, including in live casino games such as baccarat or blackjack.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your wowpak account.
• Attempting to launder funds through the wowpak platform by depositing and withdrawing without genuine gaming activity.
• Accessing the wowpak platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law, using VPN or other obfuscation tools to circumvent geo-restrictions.

wowpak is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire player base. The platform enforces a minimum age of 21 years and will not knowingly permit underage persons to register, deposit, or wager.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered wowpak players free of charge and without requiring customer support involvement:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps in PKR. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a mandatory 24-hour waiting period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which wowpak will notify the player and, if configured, automatically terminate the session.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications displaying time elapsed and net gaming outcome for the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may self-exclude for periods ranging from 7 days to permanent closure. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request and, once active, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

All content on the wowpak platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, software, design elements, graphics, text, game interfaces, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of wowpak or its duly licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wowpak platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any wowpak content.
• Scrape, frame, mirror, or commercially exploit any portion of the wowpak platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software underlying the wowpak platform.
• Use wowpak's trademarks or branding without prior written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wowpak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity.

wowpak's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms — regardless of cause of action — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wowpak does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where operationally possible. wowpak shall not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, cyber-attacks, or force majeure events.

Players may request voluntary closure of their wowpak account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining PKR balance (net of pending bonuses subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within five business days, subject to satisfactory KYC compliance.

wowpak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion where:

• A player has provided false or misleading information at any stage.
• A player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• A player has been identified as being under the age of 21.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity has been detected on the account.
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority has issued a direction requiring account closure or asset freezing.

Where an account is closed due to a material breach by the player, wowpak reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation, and to report the matter to applicable regulatory or law enforcement bodies.

wowpak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, wowpak will provide notice to registered players via the registered email address or a prominent notice on the platform. Non-material corrections (typographical errors, clarifications that do not change substantive obligations) may be made without notice.

Continued use of the wowpak platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure as described in Section 14.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wowpak holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through wowpak's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral body designated by the relevant gaming regulatory authority.

For the avoidance of doubt, wowpak's designation of a governing jurisdiction does not imply that use of the platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific territory. Players are reminded of their personal obligation under Section 2 to verify local legality before using the platform.

wowpak operates a formal player complaints process. Any complaint must first be submitted in writing to [email protected]. wowpak will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. Escalation pathways to the relevant regulatory body are available where a complaint cannot be resolved internally.

These Terms and Conditions were last updated and became effective on 1 January 2026. This version supersedes all previous versions of the wowpak Terms and Conditions.
